Pumpkin Ravioli Awesomeness
For dinner tonight I made pumpkin ravioli tossed with caramelized onions, minced garlic, baby spinach, olive oil and topped with goat cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.
Not too shabby. Not too shabby, indeed.
